POLICIES

1. Booking Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within a 48-hour grace period will not incur additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total service price.

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the total service price.

4. Travel Policy

For on-location appointments, a travel fee will apply. The fee varies based on distance and will be communicated and agreed upon during booking.

5. Liability

Milk & Honey Skin Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by the use of makeup products. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities before the session.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment without penalty if notice is provided more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
