Hello!

My name is Taryn Bishop. I’m an award-winning licensed esthetician and professional makeup artist specializing in bridal makeup. I also offer makeup services for special events and 1:1 lessons for those who want to learn. My passion is helping women feel beautiful and confident.

I graduated from Sylvain Melloul International Hair Academy in Esthetics before moving to Wilmington, NC. Prior to relocating, I owned and operated Milk & Honey Skin Studio in Lynchburg, VA, where I provided facials, brow and lash treatments, and full-body waxing. Whether I’m perfecting a bride’s wedding day glow or teaching someone how to enhance their own features, I bring a calming presence, thoughtful care, and a true love for my craft to every client experience.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for nearly ten years, starting at just sixteen. Many of you may remember me doing makeup for prom, homecoming, Sadie’s, and weddings — those early moments sparked the passion that drives me today.

Before dedicating myself fully to the beauty industry, I proudly served four years in the U.S. Navy. That experience instilled the discipline, professionalism, and attention to detail I now bring to every client. Pursuing this career has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life, and I’m honored to be part of so many special moments.
